I HATE shopping, as in I would rather hire someone to shop for me or wear the same clothes I’ve had tucked in my drawers since I moved to Staten Island in 2001. It’s not that I don’t covet beautiful sparkly things, rich vivid colors and the way a dress can truly make me feel like a glamorous 1940′s pin up girl. It’s more that I don’t relish rummaging through racks, standing under the glare of hot fluorescent lights picking apart the unseemly way my thighs appear to rub together.
