Get WIGGY WITH IT! SWITCH up your hair without coloring or cutting it and win a Raquel Welch WIG

Congrats to our winner Hadassah!

My hair is TIRED. Tired of being colored, straightened, blown and manhandled.Sometimes I just need a break- from even thinking about it- which is why I was really intrigued by the idea of donning a wig. It doesn’t hurt that I also just saw an episode of All in the family where Mike is lusting after Gloria after she trades in her long golden locks for a sexy jet-black pixie wig. Her new look stirs up a longing inside Mike- and while this is JUST a plot-line from a sitcom- perhaps- I might be able to recreate the same scene in my own marriage- oh and yes give my poor, tired hair a much needed break!

And with celebrities showing up on the red carpet with cropped haircuts, like Charlize Theron and Anne Hathaway, I sometimes even feel the urge to chop my locks off. Which is why, wigs  from http://www.hairuwear.com/ are the best option. Becoming more and more of a trend amongst women, wigs allow you to quickly change your hairstyle, texture and color completely – with absolutely zero commitment. Here are some options that are inspired by the hottest hair trends:

For a Pixie Cut

Raquel Welch Memory Cap Wig in Vibrant ($159): All-over tapered layers give you maximum movement and body, and an extended nape hugs the neck and gives great coverage. Soft feathered bangs can be worn as a full bang or as a side swept bang. Vibrant can be worn tousled and textured or smooth and sleek.

For a Chin Length Cut

Raquel Welch Freeform Memory Cap Wig in Turn up the Volume ($84) A handy hairpiece that allows you to create styles with added height and volume without excessive teasing that could damage your hair.

For a Cropped Style

Raquel Welch Sheer Indulgence Wig in Mirage ($145): This wig features multiple detachable sections. An additional nape piece allows you to attach for a longer neck hugging look. Tru2Life® synthetic fiber stands up to heat and humidity and offers styling versatility.

And guess what I’m giving one lucky reader a chance to win one of these three wigs from http://www.hairuwear.com/ ! For your first entry leave a comment here with one reason why you’d like to win one of these wigs and WHY? For a second entry you can Like Married My sugar daddy on facebook and for a third entry you can follow @melissaschapman on twitter and retweet this giveaway. Good luck-giveaway ends March 31st 2013.

I’d like to win one just for a change in style. My hair is also “tired” but it would be fun just to have a new style with no commitment.

My Jewish afro does NOT cooperate. I would love to step out of the house without a hair battle every morning!

I’d love to try a wig. I have always had fine hair, but it is also becoming more fragile as I (cough) get older. I think it would be fun to wear a cute style without risking hair damage.

Well, I’d love to win a wig because as a religious orthodox Jewish woman I cover my hair with wigs :)

I already follow you everywhere possible…..

My mom is getting carpel tunnel surgery and is concerned about having to do her hair with one hand. I would love to surprise her with a wig to wear so she dosent have to worry about doing her hair while recovering from surgery!

I have long hair that I’ve had for years and I think a wig would give me some freedom to experiment without having to chop it off. Also liked you on FB and followed you on Twitter!

I think a wig is the perfect way to experiment with shorter styles without chopping off my long hair.
