Don’t get me wrong- sure I love the fact that my significantly older than me sugar daddy makes the effort to work out every day and probably admires his reflection in the mirrror a little more than I like…but more than anything what quite literally makes me want to grab my man and kiss him full on the mouth is when he does something (I’d like him to do) of his own sweet volition.
TRUTH!
Just seeing him pull out that vacuum, unroll a paper towel rack and proceed to wipe down dust, or when I ask him a question and he softly replies, ” Honey what did you ask me?” as opposed to just completely ignoring me, well, it damn near sends excited shivers down my spine.
Forget the flowers (however do keep the surprise sweet plum wine and sushi a comin). I guess what it all boils down to is that I just want my husband to hear me, and validate what I need, oh yes and ANTICIPATE what our lives need to keep them running ever so smoothly ( i.e., if there’s a DROP of milk left in the fridge, the next time he’s out, he might just want to pick up another container as opposed to having me call him and tell him to do so and then proceeding to get annoyed at me for said phone call…)
Because honestly seeing him, stroking that vacuum handle as it makes its way back and forth across the carpet, (without me asking him to do so) well I just fall in love with him all over again.
