In my attempt to maintain my weight loss (30 pounds strong)  I am always on the hunt for new ways to eat healthy which is one of the reasons I really liked the idea of trying Flatout Hungry Girl Foldit Flatbread!

    WATER! I am upping my water intake. I used to drink water like a fish but have gotten so bad about it over the last few years and I can feel how it affects me so I am making it a point to drink more water every day.

    We started the year with a no fast food rule for the month of January to help us get back on track after the holidays, and we also started a new exercise plan. So far, so good! I need to pack lunch for work more often, and I forgot that I love the Flatout breads, so thanks for the reminder!

    I’m doing this for me this time! About two years ago I lost 124 lbs. and then when life got rough taking care of my parents I gave up and gained it all back. I’ve started over again, and lost 24 lbs., putting me just under 400 lbs. I’m determined this time, and I’m doing this for ME, not anyone else. Thanks for the chance to win, I have to try these!

    I am planning healthier meals, instead of trying to please everyone with my cooking. I’m cutting out the meat on some days, and adding in a lot more veggies (sometimes in sneaky ways).     I have been on a journey back to health. I am making sure that anything my family and I eat have a healthy amount of nutrients. we read all labels and if it does not meet our needs then it does not go in the cart.
