We started the year with a no fast food rule for the month of January to help us get back on track after the holidays, and we also started a new exercise plan. So far, so good! I need to pack lunch for work more often, and I forgot that I love the Flatout breads, so thanks for the reminder!
We are cutting soda out of our diets. We still let the kids to have soda, but me and my wife are cutting it out.

I’m doing this for me this time! About two years ago I lost 124 lbs. and then when life got rough taking care of my parents I gave up and gained it all back.
